The new 'Borderless' LED TV's from LG are extraordinarily exquisite, with an elegant and bold design. We so hope the spec's match up.....

There are two new models from this range, the SL8000 and SL9000. The SL9000 has a higher spec offering a ridiculous, but generous 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, backlit 1080p display, 100Hz technology and USB port. The SL8000 is mostly the same apart from it not being an LED and has a dynamic contrast ratio of 150,000:1 and 200Hz technology.
Both screens have the 'Borderless' design with a thin pane of glass covering the whole front and even though they do have a small border they are called borderless due to their seamless finish. With a depth of only 2.9cm wall mounting has got to be the best option for displaying such beauty.
LG also announced the LH9500 which has an even more ridiculous dynamic contrast of 5,000,000:1!! An LED HDTV which has minimal connections thanks to the integrated wireless HD receiver and a separate media box. Hooking up your DVD player or Blu-ray player for example is still a piece of cake but eliminates the unsightly leads, all but the TV's power cable.
